Barrie Colts Acquire Goaltender Mack Guzda

The Barrie Colts are pleased to announce the acquisition of goaltender, Mack Guzda, after completing a trade with the Owen Sound Attack.

The veteran 2001 born goaltender joins the Colts after spending his entire four-year OHL Career with the Owen Sound Attack. Guzda has appeared in 140 regular-season games, earning 63 career wins and five shutouts.

The Knoxville, TN native, has appeared in 10 games this season registering a 3.20 GAA and a.915% SAV%.

The Colts acquired Guzda in exchange for a 2022 5th (BAR) Round Pick & 2023 3rd (BAR) Rd Pick.

Our goaltending is an area we were looking at addressing and bringing in Guzda we feel he is the goaltender who can help our organization be a contender.
