The Barrie Colts have selected defenceman CJ Garcia in the third round, 48th overall in the OHL Priority Selection, presented by State Farm. 

Garcia, a six-foot, 170 pound defenceman played last season with the Don Mills Flyers. 

Barrie selected forward Brendan Perlini with the 16th overall pick earlier on Saturday.
