A Special Thank You

Colts

On behalf of the Colts organization, I would like to send a huge thank you to the first responders at our game this past Saturday night against the Hamilton Bulldogs.  They were able to spring into action immediately to help Bulldogs Head Coach, Dave Matsos, who had dropped on the bench.  Thankfully he was able to walk to the stretcher and the crew that brought him to RVH.

We would also like to thank the fans, coaching staff, trainers, officials and everyone who was involved to make sure things were done quickly and efficiently.  You never like to see something like this happen in your rink, but you feel much better when something like this is handled so well and so efficiently.

Mr. Matsos is recovering well and has recently been sent back to Hamilton to continue with his recovery.  The Barrie Colts Organization would like to wish him and his family all the best through this tough time.
